PLC and HMI Programming
PLC and HMI programming for industrial machinery and production lines (Siemens and Beckhoff).
During my 19-year career, I have developed software for a wide variety of machines and production lines involving both material handling and process control. My expertise is not limited to modifying existing software; I also design and implement completely new programs and solutions tailored to customer needs.
The software I develop is reliable in operation, clearly structured, and easy to maintain. My strengths include solving complex programming challenges and developing advanced software functionalities. I quickly adapt to different programming styles and working methods, enabling me to implement software smoothly in accordance with your company’s practices and standards.
My expertise with Siemens programming environments (TIA Portal and Simatic Manager) is extensive and highly versatile. I also have a basic understanding of the Beckhoff programming environment, although I have not yet completed any actual customer projects using it.
Commissioning
Commissioning of industrial machinery and production lines worldwide
I have worked on commissioning projects for a total of more than six years in 20 different countries. The size of the commissioned equipment has ranged from machines occupying only a few square meters to production lines over one hundred meters in length. The duration of commissioning projects has varied from a few days to several months.
I have gained experience from a wide range of projects, from individual machine deliveries to full factory-scale installations. In smaller projects, I have independently managed the commissioning process as the only person on site, while in larger projects I have worked as part of a broader site and project organization.
My strengths include a systematic and meticulous approach to work, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work smoothly with end customers. In addition, I am a determined and persistent problem solver who sees tasks through to completion.
My approach to commissioning is hands-on and comprehensive, based on close cooperation with mechanical and electrical installation supervision as well as project and site management. I am not afraid to get involved in practical work and am accustomed to handling smaller mechanical adjustments and electrical connection modifications myself when needed.
I can also act effectively as an interface between your company and the end customer, and when needed, take on broader responsibility for site operations and commissioning coordination.
